All of our staff are accredited by the California Registry of Care givers and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the American health care field with both facility and home care expertise. Each has passed Police and background checks, are regularly drug tested and have been scanned for Tb.
The Right Care care givers are highly skilled, well trained, accomplished individuals who are dedicated to their profession and fiercely proud of what they do and how they accomplish it.

Each and every new client will have an initial assessment by one of our Founders. These are detailed, thorough evaluations and comprise a comprehensive series of inquiries and tests. Some of these are:
Subsequent to our assessment, we do more than just close the file folder and proceed with the contract; we ensure that we thoroughly understand the needs of the senior. Only then are we sufficiently confident to determine a specialized, individualized program and assign a primary care giver whose chemistry, personality, skill set and approach are the right match to those of the client.
